Kazakhstan launches heating season in several regions as preparations continue


ASTANA. Sept 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The heating season has commenced in Astana and the East Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, and Akmolinsk regions, with three additional regions set to join on Tuesday, according to Kazakhstan's Ministry of Energy.
