Air Defense Commander Kosanov appointed Deputy Minister of Defense


ASTANA. Sept 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Lieutenant General Dauren Kosanov as Deputy Minister of Defense while he continues to serve simultaneously as Commander of the Air Defense Forces.
