Tokayev orders to bring to justice hooligans who beat up National Guard soldier on train

ASTANA. Sept 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has ordered the head of the Interior Ministry to take urgent measures to arrest the perpetrators who beat up a National Guard soldier on a train, the head of state's press secretary Berik Uali reported.
