Freedom Bank, controlled by Kazakh Oligarch Turlov, to raise capital by 5 billion tenge

ASTANA. Sept 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - JSC Freedom Finance, the sole shareholder of Freedom Bank, will acquire over 950,000 shares of the bank for more than 5 billion tenge.
