Kazakh president has replaced commander-in-chief of National Guard

ASTANA. Sept 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Ansagan Baltabekov has been appointed by a presidential decree as the deputy minister of internal affairs and the commander-in-chief of the National Guard, the presidential press service said in a Wednesday statement.
