ASTANA. Sept 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed Bakytbek Rakhymberdiyev as the deputy chairman of the National Security Committee (KNB) and the head of the Anti-Terror Service, the presidential press service said in a Wednesday statement.
