MINSK. Sept 13 (Interfax) - The CIS observer mission that will monitor Kazakhstan’s referendum on the construction of a nuclear power plant (NPP) will be led by First Deputy Secretary General of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Leonid Anfimov, the press service of the CIS Executive Committee said in a Friday press release.
