TASHKENT. June 24 (Interfax) - Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has sent a telegram to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to extend deepest condolences over terror attacks in Derbent and Makhachkala with multiple police and civilian casualties, the Uzbek presidential press service said on Monday.
