Incident with conscript soldier who fell into coma is to be thoroughly investigated- Tokayev

ASTANA. June 17 (Interfax-Kazakstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev demanded a thorough investigation into the incident with a conscript soldier who fell into a coma in a military unit in the Zhambyl region, the press secretary of the head of state Berik Uali said.
