CSTO does not rule out possibility of dialogue with NATO - CSTO sec gen

MOSCOW. Sept 15 (Interfax) - The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) does not rule out the possibility of engaging in dialogue with NATO despite previous unsuccessful attempts, CSTO Secretary General Taalatbet Masadykov said.
