SCO heads of state oppose arms race in outer space - declaration

MOSCOW. Sept 1 (Interfax) - The heads of state of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) have called for keeping outer space free of any kind of weapons and underlined the need for signing an international document with solid guarantees to prevent arms race in space.
