Kurultai backs Karin as vice president in 141-4 vote

ASTANA. Aug 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Kurultai has approved Yerlan Karin as Kazakhstan's first vice president, with 141 deputies voting in favor and four abstaining.
