Kazakh president offers condolences after deadly storms in India

ALMATY. May 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan expressed condolences to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday after destructive storms in the state of Uttar Pradesh caused numerous deaths.
