A third of evacuated people from flooded areas in Kazakhstan have returned to their homes

ASTANA. April 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Over 39,350 people who were earlier evacuated from flooded areas of Kazakhstan have come back to their homes, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said in a Tuesday press release.
