Chinese power giant eyes hydropower projects in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. March 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC), a Chinese energy company, plans to explore opportunities for large-scale hydropower projects and the construction of combined cycle turbines in Kazakhstan, according to the presidential press service.
